Week 9 post

What's happening guys? There were a lot of moves this week so I'll get right to it. The Goroos traded qb Matt Ryan to the Big Uglies for a 2010 3rd rd pick and qb Joe Flacco. The Goroos then traded a 2nd rd pick in 2010 to Iron Man for qb Philip Rivers and dropped te Cooley. Iron Man then traded rb Portis and te T. Gonzalez for 1200 credits to the Big Uglies. The Big Uglies then dropped wr Maclin and te Olsen. The Goroos sold wr Marshall to Smash n Dash for 200 credits for 1 week. The Orange Crush and Smash n Dash traded rb Slaton and rb Lynch for 1 week. The player of the week was rb Michael Turner of Gridiron Gal with 67 points. On to the scores and highlights.

Smash n Dash 180
Bam's Punishers 152

Close matchup until wr Marshall had a big game Monday night. Frank was led by Drew Brees with 46 pts while Joe Behm had 53 pts from Jay Cutler. Smash n Dash comes away with 3rd victory in a row while Bam's drops their 2nd straight.

Gruesome Goroos 206
Gridiron Gal 172

The Goroos keep rolling with 2nd win in a row being led by rb C. Johnson and Arizona's offense each scoring 51 points. Laurie was led by rb Turner with 67 pts.

Dragonriders 102
Belugas 83

I know you're probably shocked by this one, Mark. Bob's team was hurt by Minnesota's bye. The Dragonriders were led by rb Pierre Thomas with 24 pts while the Belugas were led by qb Romo with 37 pts.

Land Sharks 235
Big Uglies 170

Land Sharks continue to roll with their 4th straight victory. They were led by rb Deangelo Williams with 56 pts. Joe P's team was led by wr Fitzgerald with 46 pts.

Pats' Pride 185
Bay Area Bombers 167

Cory got his 2nd straight win with Kurt Warner scoring 50 in the effort. Justin was led by qb Aaron Rodgers with 43 pts.

Iron Man 166
Orange Crush 155

In one of the most improbable matchups, Iron Man comes through with the victory. Despite the coach telling his team and the league that he's giving up this year, his players push on to the win. Walter, playing without a qb, rb, and te was led by rb Mendenhall with 45 pts. Orange Crush, led by qb Brady with 46 pts and clearly shocked by the loss, continues to look towards the playoffs with the division almost wrapped up.
